Webcare officer B2B and B2C
You can imagine that you as a customer are extremely excited when you know your order is coming. How annoying is it when you miss the delivery to your home, your package gets lost, or you get that one jeans in the wrong color, size or not at all delivered. Bummer, of course. As a Customer Service Representative for B2B and B2C at Van Gennip Textiles (VGT) in Weert, you will be able to help customers who are confronted with this, among other things, with a creative solution that allows them to get on with it immediately. Are you unable to do this? Then you make sure that the customer is satisfied with your answer and understands the situation. You succeed well in this because you are by nature someone who can empathize and understand the personal story behind the purchase. You also answer questions about the online range, statuses of packages sent and returns, among other things.
Where will you be working?
Van Gennip Textiles was founded in 1989 and has been a household name in the Netherlands ever since. With brands such as Dirkje, Koko Noko, No Way Monday and Charlie Choe Sleepwear, Van Gennip Textiles is one of the market leaders in the Netherlands in baby and children's clothing. Each with its own distinct look and contemporary character. Wearing comfort and affordability are paramount.
From the office in Weert and showrooms in Nieuwkuijk and Almere, our enthusiastic team works on the design, development and delivery of collections. All brands have a webshop and deliver to points of sale at home and abroad.

What makes you the perfect candidate?
You are not afraid to answer the phone. As a customer service representative of the B2B and B2C within VGT you provide top service, make customers happy, help customers with the right information and hang up smiling.
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level and preferably experience in customer service;
- Communicative strong in Dutch, word and writing. English is also an advantage in connection with our future international growth ambitions;
- You can naturally put yourself in the customer's shoes and know how to deal with busy situations;
- You work in a structured way, like to get things done and are able to keep an overview even in busy
- times;
- Experience with Microsoft - Word and Excel - and for example Lightspeed and It's Perfect;
- Preferred: available immediately for a minimum of 32 hours;
