Choosing the right size can sometimes be difficult, especially when you want to give baby clothes, boys' clothes or girls' clothes as a present. Below you will find a size chart to help you make the right choice.

Note that in addition to age, the child's physique is also important. We recommend basing the size on your child's height instead of the age that some brands associate with a size. For example: size 104 is suitable for a child who is about 104 cm tall.

Take growth into account

Want to buy baby clothes? Then it is good to know that babies grow incredibly fast during the first few years. Especially in the first months, parents often notice that their child needs a new size after only two months. In fact, newborns often outgrow their clothes after just one month! So it is useful to pay attention not only to age, but especially to your baby's height, since growth spurts can vary from one baby to another.

Also consider the season in which you are buying something. For example, if you buy baby clothes for winter, your baby may not wear the size by the time it gets really cold. Be sure to look not only at the size your baby is wearing right now, but also at what your baby will need in a few months. This is especially true for clothes you give as a present, so the recipient doesn't end up one size too small too soon.

Washing instructions for Dirkje

Washing: Wash inside out at up to 40 degrees.
Drying: Air dry Dirkje clothes preferably.
Ironing: Iron inside out and avoid contact with printing.
